Whether it's an injury requiring stall rest for two weeks or post-surgery care requiring a longer term commitment, Anchor R Ranch helps to give owners the peace of mind they need while their horse recovers.
We now know that surgery is only as good as the physical rehabilitation afterwards.
Following an initial diagnosis made by your veterinarian, we'll work closely with the professionals to formulate a treatment and recovery program to optimize the best results for your horse.
The Stall Rest facilities at Anchor R Ranch feature oversized stalls – outfitted with ComfortStall® Flooring, and sand pen turn-outs.
 ComfortStall® Flooring is a veterinarian endorsed, therapeutic, anti-fatigue, high tech flooring system that seals to the stall walls. The engineered PE foam is a vet hospital approved 1.5” closed cell, quality high-density foam, two layers of padding
prevents horses from bottoming out. Your horses’ joints, tendons and ligaments are supported by the therapeutic properties of our level surface that springs back with every step.
ComfortStall® Floorings waterproof “IronClad” TopCover is a five-layer rubber sheet, that is non-slip, and non-abrasive. ComfortStall® Flooring insulates from the cold and damp of concrete floors, and improves the air quality as the sealed one piece design will not allow the build up of harmful urine and bacteria.
The cost for Stall Rest services will be dependent on the level of care your horse requires.
